1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Tuktuking's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tuktuking.

2. Booking and Payment Terms

2.1 Booking Process

• Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment
• All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes, except Tour options like pickup inside the harbor.
• Group discounts are available for parties of 6 or more tuk tuks

2.2 Payment Methods

We accept:

• Major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• Bank transfers (for group bookings)
• Cash payments (for walk-in bookings only)

4. Tour Conditions

4.1 Safety Requirements

• Passengers must follow safety instructions provided by the guide
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
• Maximum capacity: 3 passengers per tuk-tuk
• Seatbelts must be worn at all time

4.2 Weather Conditions

Tuktuking reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to adverse weather conditions. In such cases:

• Full refund will be provided for cancellations
• Alternative dates will be offered when possible
• Modified routes may be suggested based on conditions

5. Liability and Insurance

Tuktuking maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for all tours. However:

• Personal belongings remain the responsibility of passengers
• Travel insurance is recommended for all participants
• Tuktuking is not liable for injuries resulting from non-compliance with safety instructions

6. Photo and Video Policy

During tours:

• Tuktuking may take photos/videos for promotional purposes
• Passengers can opt-out of photo/video capturing
• Personal photos/videos are permitted for non-commercial use

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Arrive at the designated meeting point 10 minutes before tour start
• Inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements
• Respect local customs and regulations during tours
• Do not bring illegal substances or weapons
